Description
This is a spacious mountain home. You will have two bedrooms plus a loft area, which offers enough room to accommodate up to 8 guests. That is two guests in each bedroom for a total for 4 people. Both bedrooms are downstairs and each has access to the downstairs deck. The sliding glass door in each bedroom opens to look out onto one of the most magnificent views in the area. You will be able to see the Continental Divide, Winter Park Ski Resort, Fraser River Valley and all the way across to the town of Fraser. It is breathtaking; truly a wonderful way to wake up in the morning.
The first bathroom is located downstairs. It has two sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bathroom is located on the main floor and it includes a shower. Upstairs in the loft there is a full-size futon. The living room has a queen size pullout couch. That is a total of 8 guests in this spacious condo.
Upstairs you will find the living area and main deck. Again, the views are stupendous! You will be facing west so expect lots of sunsets over the mountains. Alpenglow is guaranteed! The kitchen is nicely appointed and modern. There are granite countertops and new appliances. Everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals after a long day on the slopes is included. The upstairs deck has a gas grill for barbecuing in good weather. New HE laundry machines are also included in the unit.
There is an attached one car garage and an additional driveway parking space. The home is located away from traffic so the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. It is just a short half-mile drive to Safeway and Starbucks. The free bus shuttle line is outside, which connects with the towns of Fraser and Winter Park. The shuttle will also take you to the family-friendly Winter Park Ski Resort, which is just six miles away.
While enjoying the beautiful views you can gaze into the vastness of the big night ski where the stars and planets appear within your reach. Hear distant train whistles. Watch abundant wildlife from the deck including moose, elk, fox, beaver, coyote and hummingbirds. Take the trail from the ridge-top to the valley floor for a hike along the Fraser River and wetlands recreation area.
You are certain to find luxury accommodation, spectacular views and many pleasant memories at your home above it all!

2. Continue through Empire (watch your speed as this is a notorious speed trap) approximately 28 miles over Berthoud Pass to the town of Winter Park. Proceed approximately 2 miles north of Winter Park to the Safeway store in Fraser. Turn right on County Road 834 and proceed up the hill behind Safeway.
3. Immediately at the top of the hill, turn right. You will pass an open field on the left
4. and approximately 7 large condo/town home buildings on the right. The last of these
5. is the Tennis Club (tennis courts above an underground garage). Immediately after the
6. Tennis Club, turn right into the first Spruce Ridge Townhomes driveway. Pass the first row of buildings and you will see a second building (4 units) sitting directly on the ridge.
7. Townhome 704C is the second unit from the right. There is a vertical “Welcome” sign hanging by the front door.
