Unit 643 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit on a lush tropical property on the ground floor of this beach property. There is a private patio area for enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather. That means you will open your front door to talk out onto the patio and then you are just 3 homes from the sandy Pacific Beach. This unit is in the middle of the three ground floor units in a four unit complex.

The living room offers a leather couch and love seat, flat screen television with full cable channels and DVD player. The kitchen and bathroom have both been upgraded with granite countertops, maple cabinets and travertine flooring. The kitchen has a pass-through/breakfast bar going from the kitchen into the living room.
**Please note this unit does not have a dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet, dresser, bedside lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan and flat screen television with full cable channels. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds, full closet, dresser, alarm clock and ceiling fan. In the closet, there is an additional single size futon mat for additional guests.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
There is a secure garage space available that accommodates compact cars. There is also a free shared laundry room and a large shared patio area with gas BBQ, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs. Beach toys are provided such as bicycles with locks, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys. Pak-n-play crib, highchair and noise monitor can be provided for small children.
