PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
This is a ground floor, corner unit that is closest to the front of the building. It has windows on three sides, to the West, South and East, making it very light and spacious. It even has an ocean view from the living room! It's the closest to the common patio area. There is also a private patio for your personal enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, full closet, dresser, bedside lamps, alarm clocks, ceiling fans and flat screen television with full cable channels. The second bedroom also has a queen. In the closet, there is an additional single size futon mat for additional guests.

The living room offers leather couch and love seat, flat screen television with full cable channels and DVD player. The kitchen and bathrooms have booth been upgraded with granite countertops, maple cabinets and travertine flooring. This kitchen includes a, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, blender, juicer, etc.
EXTRA AMENITIES:
There is a secure garage space available that accommodates compact cars. There is also a free shared laundry room and a large shared patio area with gas BBQ, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs. Beach toys are provided such as bicycles with locks, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys. Pak-n-play crib, highchair and noise monitor can be provided for small children.

Come and spend your days tanning on the white sands of Pacific Beach. You can sail the calm waters of the Mission Bay or bicycle, skate or jog the two-mile boardwalk that is just a few steps away from your Pacific Beach vacation rental.
