This oceanfront studio has it all! You will be watching the surf break onto the beach from the comfort of your newly built, modern vacation rental. Everything is included with this unit including a washer/dryer! The bed is a convertible queen sized sofa/sleeper. This is a top of the line $5,000 Italian sleeper. This is not a typical sleeper with springs/bar in the back. Everyone that has rented it says it is comfortable. There is an optional 1-person loft that you have to climb high up the ladder -- for one "small person"...there are separate light switches in loft, reading lights and small cubby with place to have your laptop, small bag, etc. This is NOT good for any small children since it is high-up. We can also bring in a blow-up mattress to have next to sleeper if needed.

AMENITIES INCLUDE:
This vacation rental has everything you need to enjoy a home-away-from-home. Included are linens, beach towels (please bring your own beach towels), cable TV, DVD, CD player, and a Bose stereo system. The bathroom is full sized and luxurious. The tub is jetted and the shower has a rain head attachment. There is a shared patio with gas grill for cooking outside. You also have one assigned parking space with the unit.

Come and spend your days tanning on the white sands of Mission Beach, sailing the calm waters of the Mission Bay or bicycling, skating or jogging the two-mile boardwalk that is just a few steps away from your Mission Beach vacation rental. Mission Beach is a perfect place to soak up the beach lifestyle while also being a great area for spectators and sandcastle builders. If you need to experience an activity at a faster pace, rent a bike or in-line roller skates. You could also ride Belmont Park's famous wooden roller coaster. Always be prepared for large crowds and limited parking at Belmont Park.

Whether you want to walk along the ocean, swim, boogie board, surf, or just enjoy the atmosphere, a Mission Beach vacation rental is the perfect choice for you.
