This is a two bedroom penthouse with ocean and sunset views! The building is just 3 homes from the sandy Pacific Beach. It features a fabulous white-water view of the ocean and sunset view from the large private balcony with a granite bar and comfortable chairs to enjoy the view from. This home comes with your own private gas BBQ just outside the kitchen door.

Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, full closet, dresser, bedside lamps, alarm clocks, ceiling fans and flat screen television with full cable channels. In the closet, there is an additional single size futon mat for additional guests.

The penthouse is the only upstairs unit and has windows on all four sides, making it very light and cheery. The living room offers a warm cozy fireplace, leather couch and love seat, flat screen television with full cable channels and DVD player. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated with granite countertops, maple cabinets, travertine flooring. Major appliances, including a dishwasher, are included in the kitchen.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
There is a secure garage space available that accommodates compact cars. There is also a free shared laundry room and a large shared patio area with gas BBQ, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs. Beach toys are provided such as bicycles with locks, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys. Pak-n-play crib, highchair and noise monitor can be provided for small children.

Come and spend your days tanning on the white sands of Pacific Beach. You can sail the calm waters of the Mission Bay or bicycle, skate or jog the two-mile boardwalk that is just a few steps away from your Pacific Beach vacation rental. If you need to experience an activity at a faster pace, rent a bike or in-line roller skates. You could also ride Belmont Park's famous wooden roller coaster.
