Unit #1 is a ground floor vacation rental unit, which means that you open the door and walk right out onto the boardwalk and beach! This large one bedroom unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. There are two full beds in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the front room. There is one full bath and a complete kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a home-away-from-home vacation on the beach!
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
There are many high end treatments making this Mission Beach vacation rental comfortable and accommodating including travertine throughout the entire condo, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, wireless internet and assigned parking. There is a community patio with a large stainless steel barbecue and picnic tables. This unit is directly adjacent to the patio offering a very ‘indoor-outdoor’ living space. The patio has a view of the ocean!
There are views of the water from all westward windows! That means you will be watching the sunset into the ocean from the comfort of your living room couch!
Pets are accepted in this property with previous written permission!
