This is a lovely ground floor, one bedroom vacation rental condo. It has everything you need to enjoy a vacation on the beach! The bedroom has a queen size bed to accommodate two guests comfortably. There is a large flat screen TV in the bedroom for your enjoyment. There is also a futon in the front room to sleep two more people.
The interiors are sophisticated with luxurious upgrades such as leather couches, granite countertops and travertine floors. The bathroom includes travertine floor and counter top as well. The living room has a flat screen TV with digital cable and DVR along with surround sound. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. Linens are also provided along with towels.

There is a laundry on site and it's free! You will have an assigned parking spot, plus plenty of additional parking outside the home or across Mission Blvd at Belmont Park. There is a barbecue right outside that you can use whenever you want! All the beach gear is provided...boogie boards, chairs, coolers, and beach towels.

The home is ideally located in the heart of Mission Beach. It is located on a quiet court just east of Belmont Park. The beach is just steps away as well as a grassy park for enjoying the San Diego sun! This home is pet friendly with an additional cleaning fee. Please request more information!
