Description

This vacation rental home is on one side of a duplex so you can rent one half of the house, or both sides together. When renting both sides there are hotel doors that unlock opening one large vacation home. See the adjacent unit (Court Duplex 2).

This is a freestanding vacation rental home so when renting one side, there is only one shared wall with a neighbor. Each side of the unit has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the rooftop patio! There is a skylight above the bed that has a drape to open up to the light, or close if you are sleeping. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a queen size bed. The living room couch also converts into a bed to accommodate 8 guests.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and stove hood. The countertops are granite. These features keep the kitchen looking contemporary, comfortable and clean. There is a kitchen table for enjoying family meals.

The bathrooms are contemporary and graciously sized. There are granite countertops, above counter sinks and modern-style faucets. There is a bathtub for children and walk-in showers for adults.

This vacation rental home is just steps away from the bay and no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a rooftop patio and a patio on the ground floor that has a barbecue and outdoor dining area for entertaining. There is even a garage for secure parking and an additional parking space outside to accommodate 2 vehicles.

Remember~ one side of this vacation rental home can be rented alone, or it can be rented in combination for a total of 6 bedrooms and bathrooms! This accommodates up to 16 guests in 2500 sq ft of space! (see Court Duplex 2)

Directions

The fastest way from the airport to Mission Beach takes you though Point Loma, Ocean Beach and then lands you in Mission Beach. To do this go West on Airport Terminal Rd keeping right at the fork. Turn Right onto North Harbor Dr. Turn Right onto Nimitz. Continue onto Sunset Cliffs Blvd. THIS IS THE POINT WHERE YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN!!! You want to Merge onto West Mission Bay Dr **via INGRAHAM ST**. Take the ramp onto Mission Bay Dr until Mission Blvd.

Area description

Come and spend your days tanning on the white sands of Mission Beach, sailing the calm waters of the Mission Bay or bicycling, skating or jogging the two-mile boardwalk that is just a few steps away from your Mission Beach vacation rental. Mission Beach is a perfect place to soak up the beach lifestyle while also being a great area for spectators and sandcastle builders. If you need to experience an activity at a faster pace, rent a bike or in-line roller skates. You could also ride Belmont Park's famous wooden roller coaster. Always be prepared for large crowds and limited parking at Belmont Park.

Whether you want to walk along the ocean, swim, boogie board, surf, or just enjoy the atmosphere, a Mission Beach vacation rental is the perfect choice for you.
